Thermal Insulation Material Fiberglass Needle Mat is made of 100% E glass fiber and withstand temperature up to 650℃, it is used accurate chopped fiber length mechanically bonded by needle punch processing with no additional binders to ensure the high efficiency heat insulation and excellent sounds absorption during different applications. 

The fiberglass needle mat is easy handling, allowing cutting into any desired shape and form, it is mainly used as preformed pipe for exhaust of automotive and motorcycle, insulation pipe for petrochemical, insulation jacket, energy saving industries. It also can be used in soundproof, noise absorption, vibration reduction, fire retardant in electromechanical, architecture, transportation and automotive industries and mainly used in filtration fields as high temperature gas filter. And widely applied in various bag filters for fume purification and dust recycling in carbon black, steel, nonferrous metals, chemicals and incineration industries.
